BLACK BEAR SAUSAGE is custom made for Black Bear Café by Walter at the Prime Cut Meat Market
in Raymond, Maine. It is an all natural product with no preservatives (no nitrites or nitrates), and spiced
to perfection.

RASHERS are Irish Bacon. The strip bacon we typically eat is ‘belly meat’, while the Rashers are
from the back side. Like strip bacon, it is a cured product, leaner than the strip bacon and very
flavorful. We bring this in from an Irish butcher in the USA.
